Generally, all our courses do not allow for refunds, but there may be certain specific cases in which you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if and only if one of the following situations applies:

1. Non-Access After Purchase

You have:

  • Successfully paid for a course, and

  • Have not been granted access to the course within 15 working days from the date of purchase, and

  • Can provide valid proof of payment (receipt or transaction confirmation), and

  • Our software providers confirm that access has not been granted.

2. Duplicate Payment

You have:

  • Made two or more payments for the same course during the same purchase session, and

  • Can provide valid proof of duplicate payment through receipts or transaction details.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, the refund process may take up to 15 working days from the date your request is approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances other than those listed above. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Partial usage of the course content

  • Lack of satisfaction with course materials

  • Delays in completion or personal scheduling issues

Final Decision

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision to approve or deny a refund is at the sole discretion of Mathelots, based on the information and evidence provided, and may not be disputed.
